The job holder is accountable for handling of accounting books accurately and ensure that all relevant report should be prepared on time.


  • Responsible for routine accounts receivable functions including data entry, billing and filing.
  • Ensure proper invoicing/billing is prepared.
  • Ensure data input in a timely & accurate manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure proper invoicing and reporting.


  • Pass in HKCEE / DSE or above, accounting knowledge is definitely advantage
  • Responsible, reliable, and pleasant personality
  • Good command in written English
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Immediate available is preferred
