Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting duties including data input, issue cheques, vouchers preparation and manage bank accounts
  • Handle general administrative work and clerical duties
  • Assist in month-end closing and full set of financial statements
  • Prepare auditing schedules and liaise with auditors
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Higher diploma in Accounting or above
  • 1-year relevant working experience, preferably in property investment industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of FlexSystem is a plus
  • Good communication skill, independent and proactive
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight deadline with high accuracy
  • Fresh Graduate also will consider
