  • Assist in daily operation of Accounts Department and perform various accounts related functions such as payment processing, filing, data entry, invoicing, etc
  • Prepare customer statements, accounts receivable, aging and other related reports
  • Responsible for bank reconciliations and inter-company transaction reconciliations
  • Handle other administrative and ad hoc assignments as and when required


  • Diploma holder with LCC Intermediate or above
  • At least 1 year working experience in book-keeping/accounting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a must and with hands on experience in SAP B-One is a plus
  • Independent, hardworking and willing to work under pressure and overtime
  • Immediately available
