Responsibilities:
  • Daily transactions including matching invoices, data input and filing.
  • Control petty cash and cheque payments.
  • General administrative functions as necessary.
 
Requirements:
  • F.7 graduate or above with some experience in clerical accounting and administrative duties.
  • Good computer skills in Excel and Word.
  • Good communication, organization and inter-personal skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work on own initiative.
  • LCCI Higher is preferable but not essential.
