Job duties:

• Responsible for general administration and clerical duties
• Close liaison with business units and other departments on budget, forecast and cost control
• Performing data entry, filing and bookkeeping tasks
• Preparing payments and verifying invoices according to company's policy and procedures
• Handling ad-hoc assignments and other duties



• Accounting related education or qualification (LCC Diploma or above)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese and English word processing
• Good communication skills, able to work and interface well with personnel at various levels
• Proactive, independent, committed and with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
