Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for production readiness on information from client.
  • Email communication with client Purchase Order placed.
  • Responsible for monitoring on production and report delay to senior supervisor.
  • Arrangement shipment / logistic arrangement for completed product.
  • Provide feedback from client to production team on quality control issues.
  • Response to client’s comment and follow up.
  • Process of clerical works.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, degree holder will be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience, preferable in manufacturing industry in China.
  • Good spoken command in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, and writing skills in Chinese and English.
  • Confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • No experience will also be considered.
