Job Duties:

  • Manage the POs ordering
  • Perform daily sales reconciliation including all cash and credit card collections from retail shop
  • Maintain proper payment record
  • Assist in daily banking transactions and monthly reconciliation
  • Assist the superior to manage the day to day accounting activities
  • Provide clerical support
  • Ad-hoc duties upon requested


  • Diploma holder with 2-3 years’ accounting experience
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office (word, excel – vloopup and pivot table)
  • Knowledge in accounting system is definitely an advantage
  • Self-motivated, responsible, detail minded, well-organized, independent and willing to learn
  • Able to work under pressure and complete tasks before deadline
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm; Sat: 9:00am – 1:00pm)
  • Candidates with higher qualification / more experience will be considered for senior positions
