Accounts Clerk
To perform a variety of general accounting support tasks including processing, recording, updating and reconciling accounting data and information.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transactions including data input into the accounting system, review and process journal vouchers and other records
- Process all invoices and payments, follow up with vendors on receipts, copying and filing of accounting documents
- Prepare account schedules and assist in month-end closing
- Provide clerical support to the accounts department
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above with LCCI Certificate in Book-keeping and Accounting
- Minimum 2 years working experience in accounting field
- Proficiency in PC skills of MS Word, Excel, knowledge of accounting application
- Self–motivated, detailed-mind with high level of accuracy, well-organized with keen sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
