The Job

  • Review recipes cost calculation from operations
  • Prepare cost related analysis for Hotel F&B and communicate with relevant parties
  • Prepare month-end closing journal for costing
  • Prepare daily flash cost report
  • Handle monthly stocktaking and spot check for high value food items
  • Involve in blind testing and yield testing
  • Review open keys recipe cost

The Requirement

  • Higher Diploma in Accountancy
  • At least 1 year's accounting experience; experience in F&B industry is a plus
  • Knowledge in Oracle system is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
