Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices, Receipts and Vouchers.
  • Follow up doubtful debts.
  • Prepare daily income reports.
  • Assist to prepare policies and procedures.
  • Assist in statutory audit, special audit, stocktaking, cash counting, period end closing and general accounting clerical duties and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or above.
  • 1-2 years related in accounting.
  • Familiar with Flex System is preferred.
  • Good Computer Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mature, Good Team Player, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Immediate available preferred.
