Job Description

  • To prepare vouchers, monthly customer statements & accounting schedules
  • To prepare bank reconciliation
  • To follow up account receivable related issues
  • To assist in periodical stocktakes
  • To assist in preparing regular reports and announcement
  • To perform daily clerical jobs
  • To participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • LCCI Intermediate level
  • 1 - 2 years' relevant working experience is preferable but not a must
  • Conversational English & Chinese including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to meet deadlines
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
