Accounts Executive

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Wholly responsible for vessel accounting of at least 15 vessels right from raising fund request, day-to-day accounting of invoices, month-end adjustment entries, etc.
• Prepare monthly vessel financial accounts, cash flow statements, budget variance reports, etc. and submit to superiors for checking
• Submit Vessel Accounting Reports to Customers on time, timely responding to their queries, co-ordinate and communication with other departments of Company to get the information for preparing vessel reports, etc.
• Maintain good relationship with Clients

Jobs Requirements:

• University Graduate in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• Good command of written and spoken English
• 2 years accounting related work experience in shipping company
• Proficient in MS application and with experience in using ERP accounting system is an advantage
• Candidate with knowledge of preparing various reports including Financial Reports, Cash Flow Reports and Budget V/s Actual Reports is preferred
• Able to multi-task and meet tight reporting deadlines
