  • Report to the Credit Controller in Finance & Accounts Department
  • Ensure bills are paid in a timely manner and negotiate a good payment plan
  • Monitor / Follow up collection status and update Supervisor and system accordingly
  • Handle general enquiries and contact closely with clients, both internally and externally
  • Identify issues and propose solutions
  • Maintain good relationship and contact with clients
  • Prepare / Distribute monthly statement
  • Assist with other tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned


  • University graduate in any discipline
  • Preferably 3-5 years' credit control experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and confident to interact with different levels of personnel, both internally and externally
  • Good attention to detail and numbers
  • Good business judgement with problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Good time management and work in a well organised manner
  • A good team player, self-initiated, able to work efficiently / independently and under pressure with tight deadlines
