Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Credit Manager to conduct the credit assessments on repayment ability of existing accounts.
  • Follow up and closely monitor all overdue and long-outstanding accounts.
  • Ensure the correctness and completeness of all transfers or postings to accounts receivable ledgers and deposit ledger.
  • Ensure the billing of all city ledger charges are in accordance with the hotel policy.


  • Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably gained in hospitality industry.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accounts Receivable Supervisor.
