Accounts Supervisor
Job duties:
- Report to Accounting Manager
- Supervise and monitor daily operation of the Accounts Department
- Perform job checking for month end closing
- Prepare month-end financial reporting, including preparation of monthly financial statements with analysis reports for group companies
- Issue inter-company reconciliation statements monthly
- Compile various monthly P&L analysis reports for management
- Participate in any ad-hoc accounting duties and projects
Requirements:
- University degree/diploma in a related discipline
- 2 years of experience in relevant duties and position in logistic industry and/or freight forwarding MNC
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (incl. Mandarin)
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, hands on experience in using sound accounting software such as SAP Business One is a prerequisite
- Attention to detail, well-organized, team player, responsible and independent
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Immediately Available/short notice period is an advantage
