Accounts Supervisor

Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West

Responsibilities:

  • Allocate cost/expenses according to the chart of accounts.
  • Ensure all invoice details are correct by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Reconcile all the suppliers’ statement against payment.
  • Update payment record into the payable system/prepare all settlement.
  • Prepare corresponding journal vouchers and maintains all supporting schedules.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office application, Procurement System, and Accounting System.
