Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties such as office supplies & maintenance, record keeping, filing and office facilities management.
  • Handle all incoming phone calls, email, faxes and other communication tool.
  • Provide support on accounting duties including sales invoices, quotations 
  • sales monthly statement and follow up with customer's payment & collection.
  • Assist sales team to arrange the delivery schedules.
  • Maintain employee leave, attendance records and update reports.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

  • F.5 /DSE or above
  • with 1-2 years working in accounting / administration experiences,
  • Mature, detail-minded and with good interpersonal skill
  • Hard-working and able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Words , Outlook & Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferable
