Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting duties including preparing vouchers, cheque payments, bank reconciliation etc.
  • Reconcile daily transactions, prepare and update A/C reports
  • Handle expenses reimbursements   
  • Filing and general account duties
  • All others ad hoc projects or admin works 

Requirements:

  • DSE or above with LCC higher or diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experiences in Contracting industry is a definite advantage
  • Strong in MS Excel, Word & Chinese word processing (min. 45 rpm) are particularly preferable
  • Honest, detail-minded, self-motivated, hard-working and willing to learn
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available preferred
