Admin & Accounting Assistant

  • General office duties;
  • Administrative and secretarial support to all projects & meetings
  • Arrange flights and accommodation for Committee’s overseas trips
  • Prepare vouchers input, posting and arrange payments
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable & transactions entries
  • Seminars and events management and coordination
  • Other ad hoc projects



  • University graduate of any discipline or Diploma or above in Accounting
  • Min. 1-2 year relevant working experience
  • Good presentation skills and well organized
  • Good spoken & written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua an added advantage
  • Familiar with MS office e.g. MS Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing, knowledge in Peachtree is an advantage
  • Independent, outgoing, pleasant, able to work under pressure and overtime
