  • Support Admin and Accounting Department
  • Perform daily accounting duties, including data entry, prepare voucher, cheque payment and maintain accounting record
  • Assist in AP & AR functions
  • Assist in office administration, such as stationary ordering, pantry supplies, office maintenance and mailing
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • F.5 or Diploma holder
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in accounting and administration work
  • PC Knowledge in Excel, Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Hardworking and a good team player
  • Immediate available is an advantage
