Admin. & Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide general accounting, office administrative, compliance and HR duties and any ad-hoc assignment as required
  • Work closely with the team on accounts payable, intercompany transactions, monthly reporting etc.
  • Provide secretarial or clerical duties to the senior management
  • Communicate with regional office about the respective duties
  • Perform and maintain accurate filing and documentation
  • Travel arrangement including hotel and ticket reservation
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business & Administration / Accounting
  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Able to work independently and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Positive working attitude with passion
  • Flexible with good interpersonal skills, able to handle adhoc tasks
  • Good command of oral and written English and Chinese
  •
