Admin & Accounts Officer

  • Handle petty cash and prepare invoice
  • Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and vehicles
  • Handle application or renewal of related licenses and insurances
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned


  • F. 7 Graduate or above with more than 3 years working experience;
  • Strong numerical sensitivity, statistic knowledge and quantitative analysis skills;
  • Able to handle multi-tasks independently, detail-oriented and well-organized;
  • Excellent in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge in Marco is definitely an advantage;
  • Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese;
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
