Our client, a finance service provider, which provide competitive remuneration package is now seeking:
Admin and Accounting Officer
- Provide general administration and accounting support
- Handle daily accounting duties such as AR / AP / Reporting, etc.
- MPF calculation
- Travel arrangement including hotel and ticket reservation
- Other ad-hoc admin and accounting duties assigned
- Assist in marketing event coordination including venue booking, event receptionist, etc.
- Able to travel to PRC occasionally (about one per quarter)
- Higher Diploma or above in BBA, Accounting
- 5 years or above experience in administrative / team secretary / accounting role
- With basic account knowledge and experience, holder of accounting related certifications preferred
- Flexible with good interpersonal skills, able to handle adhoc tasks
- Good command in both Mandarin and English
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
