Admin and Accounts Clerk

Job description and Responsibilities:

  • Review daily accounting operations, handling full sets of financial statements
  • Prepare management reports
  • Assist in annual audit
  • Perform general office administrative duties
  • Handle other ad hoc assignments

 Requirements:

  • Higher diploma holder in accounting / finance or above
  • LCCI higher or above
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
  • Experience in property management company is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel 
  • Experience in MYOB is a MUST and in  construction field will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Responsible, self-motivated, detail minded and able to work independently
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
  • Location: Mongkok
