Admin & Customer Services Officer

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support
  • Phone calls to our existing customers / new potential customers to update the database and also introduce our new services products to them
  • Update company database on a regular basis to ensure information of customer are correct and follow up actions are recorded accurately and timely
  • Go through company website on a regular basis to find out the wrong or mistake wordings or information
  • Report to senior management on administrative operation routines
  • Answer telephone calls, fax, pay bills, response to emails, banking etc.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and projects when necessary

Requirements: 

  • Form 5 or above, with a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in administrative support
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, independent and self-motivated
  • Able to work with data/details accurately, and an ability to prioritise workloads
  • Good oral and written Chinese and English
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required
  • Immediately available is preferred
