Admin Assistant (5 Months Contract) (Temp To Perm)

Our client, A world leading luxury brand is looking for a high caliber Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate messenger and courier service for office
  • Take and distribute accurate messages and greeting guest
  • Answer office’s general telephone line in a good manner
  • Processing Staff purchase order
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies & equipment; Keep office area clean and tidy
  • Assist on sales and administrative work, especially Sales Reports for Wholesale Department
  • Assist on administrative work for Wholesales Department (order for accessories/PLV/Guarantee booklet, filing, etc.)
  • Assist on monitoring daily strap order/boutique replenishment for cost control
  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists, as well as for other department in HK office
  • Co-ordinate and maintain staff administrative records such as staff phones and company credit cards
  • Assist other departments upon Operation Manager’s request

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum 1 -2 years’ experience are preferable; fresh graduates are welcome
  • University graduate is preferable
  • Strong in Excel especially for sales reporting functions
  • Prioritizing skills; Problem solving skills; Pay attention to detail
  • Flexibility, reliability, A well team player
  • Immediate Available is highly preferred
