Admin Assistant- Brokerage/Bancassurance Channel

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all-rounded support for Brokerage/Bancassurance channel, includes handling policy contract, report preparation etc.
  • Answer enquiries and follow up all necessary actions.
  • Provide sales administrative support to sales team so as to achieve the team sales target.
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • University Degree, major in Business Admin preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance/banking industry, experience in Brokerage/Bancassurance Operations is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good communication skills and patience in serving sales team.
  • Able to work independently, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Good computer skills, e.g. Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word processing.
