Admin Assistant - Customer Service Quality Assurance

  • Conduct floor inspection (including server room) on daily basis;
  • Perform regular check on CCTV and phone recording to assure satisfactory service standard;
  • Prepare weekly QC reports for management review;
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager.



  • F.7 or above;
  • 1 year relevant experience; Fresh graduates will also be considered;
  • Independent, self-motivated, attentive to details with high level of integrity;
  • Strong communication skill and tactful in dealing with people at all levels;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, including Mandarin;
  • Knowledge of PC including Excel and Chinese word processing is a MUST.
