Regal Executives, a leading Executives Search firm located in Admiralty is looking for an Office Administration Clerk to cope with their rapid expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • To cover general office administrative work
  • Maintain office systems, data management, filing, utilities payment
  • Attend to incoming emails, and redirecting it to corresponding staff if necessary
  • Manage courier services, stationary inventories, office equipment maintenance etc.

Requirements:

  • Clerical experience preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Cheerful, self-driven, a good team player.
  • Proficient in using MS Office include Chinese word processing
