Our Client, a Multi-National Corporation is now looking for an Administration Assistant to cope with their rapid expansion.


  • To cover general office administrative work
  • Maintain office systems, data management, filing, utilities payment
  • Attend to incoming emails, and redirecting it to corresponding staff if necessary
  • Manage courier services, stationary inventories, office equipment maintenance etc.


  • Clerical experience preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Cheerful, self-driven, a good team player.
  • Proficient in using MS Office include Chinese word processing
