Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Assist Marketing Team in joint promotion & all daily marketing works
  • Maintain current & potential client database
  • Data entry and handle member telephone calls
  • Support any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

  • Diploma graduate
  • 1-2 years working experiences is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
