Admin Assistant - Procurement & Administration Function (2-Year Contract)

  • HKCEE/ HKDSE standard or above
  • Minimum 1 years clerical experience
  • Provide clerical and secretarial service to the department
  • The candidate may post to different departments as per operational needs
  • Written and Spoken Chinese and English
  • English and Chinese typing and MS Office application required

*Fresh graduate with part-time experience will be also considered.

助理 (採購及行政)(2年制合約)

  • 中五或中學文憑試程度或以上
  • 一年以上文書工作經驗
  • 處理及協助部門文書工作
  • 獲錄用者可能就營運需要委派不同部門工作
  • 良好中英文書寫和語言能力
  • 熟識電腦操作及中英文打字
