  • Diploma or above ;
  • 1-2 years administrative / clerical / receptionist working experience
  • Fresh Grad ok also 
  • Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently
  • Sound PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
