Responsibilities:

  • Perform general receptionist duties, including welcome guests, handle incoming calls and mails
  • Schedule conference and meeting rooms and provide support on various events, such as training & seminar
  • Provide daily office administrative support, including procurement & maintenance of office equipment and supplies, filing and data entry
  • Provide administrative support to Administration Department

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, prior working experience in Chinese-based organization is a plus
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skill with pleasant personality
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
