Our client is a Government Department looking for an Admin Assistant (9-month contract).
Work Location: Lai Chi Kok Government Offices
Perform training programme assessment and analysis, and present findings on local and overseas training programs having regard to the operational and developmental needs of different grades of staff
Execute extensive research work for drawing up service specifications and sourcing potential service providers for developing additional and new tailor-made training programmes for different grades of staff
Assist in putting up and coordinating training programmes to strengthen the training of different grades of staff by providing full range of operational and administrative support
Assist in collecting training related statistics and conducting evaluation
Possess Level 3 or above in Chinese and English Language in HKDSE or HKCEE
Have a degree from a Hong Kong university
Preferably have 2 years working experience in administration, arrangement of training, management or developing research plans
Be proficient in using general computer software and Chinese word processing
Immediately availability is an advantage
