As an all-rounded administrative assistant, your role will expand beyond pure admin duties. You will also assist in the coordination for company events both internal and external and be at the forefront of facing clients on a day-to-day basis. This opportunity gives you the chance to expand beyond admin whilst working for a leading UK professional services firm.

Client Details

Our client is a leading professional services firm that has been established in the UK for more than 20 years. They are now currently expanding their Asia outreach and have expanded their team from 7 to 70 people in Hong Kong in the past two years. They are looking for a positive and dedicated individual to join their international team and assist in all admin duties.

Description

  • Own front of house, reception and hospitality;




Maintain office efficiency, including but not limited to: answering, screening and directing calls;



Design and implement office procedures and best practices;



Resource procurement includes managing the flow of supplies and services into the office;



Identify and liaise with vendors as well as negotiate contractors;



Arrange business travel arrangement for employees;



Carry out ad hoc projects as required;



Profile

  • At least 2 years relevant experience supporting a team or senior management within a sizeable firm;


  • Outstanding follow up and organizational skills with strong attention to detail;


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with priorities and deadlines;


  • Able to work independently but also proven team support experience;


  • Can take initiative, proactive in your approach and able to meet certain criteria;


  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;


  • Fluent English and conversational Mandarin is a must.
