Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team in maintaining records and filing system
  • Data entry and retrieval of documents
  • Photocopying/ printing of documents
  • Attend to phone calls
  • Filing and sorting of documents
  • Handling of reports
  • Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties when required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Form 7 / HKDSE / Diploma Holders / Undergraduates
  • Minimum 1 year’s working experience in the related field
  • Available immediate or within short notice
  • Comfortable with Microsoft office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduated are also welcomed
