Admin Assistant

Our client is a reputable financial company within the industry. They are looking for a high calibre to join their business as an Admin Assistant to support their office.

Main Responsibilities:
Handle daily operational reports for policy administration
Handle filing & scanning of the submitted claims / policy benefit withdrawal
Provide clerical supports to the team including document retrieval, filing, control report checking and other administrative duties
Monitor the progress of various projects and deadlines

Main Requirements:
Bachelor degree with relevant working experience in brokerage or insurance industry will be an advantage
Obtaining PIBA License will be an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Well organized with excellent interpersonal skills
Immediate availability is advantageous
