Admin Assistant

Job purpose

 The Admin Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to the Klarity Group’s sales teams


Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting general administrative duties within sales department
  • Generate sales quotation and attend to any enquiries posted by customers
  • Process of all incoming orders, invoicing for orders delivered
  • Data entry & maintain proper filing, basic book-keeping
  • Preparation of monthly various reports
  • Participate in inventory movements and stock count
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties when assigned.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as Admin Assistant
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Strong initiative and able to work independently
