Job description:

 

  • Provide secretarial support to General Manager & Director
  • Handle overseas trip arrangement, table bookings
  • Responsible for office administration, contract maintenance and office operations
  • Update clients database, invoicing, prepare inventory reports, handle daily sales entries
  • Bank in sales proceeds from customers
  • Support various activities and projects of the company as assigned

 

Requirements:

 

  • Certificate or above with 5 years relevant working experience or above
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English, Cantonese, Mandarin 
  • Mature and well-organized
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
