• Investment holding company principally engaged in property development & property investment businesses in China
• We are looking for  ADMIN ASST  - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Degree holder
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• 2 to 3 years working experience in office environment
• Experience in office admin / secretarial / human resources / receptionist / customer service or related is a plus
• PC proficient inclusive of Chinese typing
• Report to the Office Manager
• Perform office administrative support
• Handle phone calls, greeting visitors
• Courier in and out arrangement
• Travel arrangement, hotel booking
• Meeting room booking and arrangement
• Stationery and office supplies order and control
• Office equipment maintenance arrangement
• Expenses claims arrangement
• Maintain filing system
• Assist in general human resources duties like staff attendance records etc
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for office administrative issues 
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 10 days
• Medical benefits
• Office location : Wanchai
• Candidates with more solid experience will be considered as Junior Admin Officer
