Admin Clerk/ Admin Assistant (Warehouse)

Job Description:

  • Responsible for daily administrative functions of warehouse
  • Ensure office maintenance and administration function are operated smoothly
  • Monitor the service quality of the suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness and efficiency
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above educated
  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience (preferably in sizable company)
  • Proficient in MS Office including Chinese WP, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Attentive, initiative and self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Admin. Clerk
