Responsibilities:

  • To assist in general clerical support on departmental administration matters
  • Assist to maintain records, filing, general clerical work

Requirements:

  • HKDSE or above with 2-3 years related work experience in office / administration support
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Self-motivated, will to learn and with strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available preferred
