Job responsibilities

  • Perform daily operation duties including issuing sales orders, delivery orders.
  • Provide daily support to sales team.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, mailing.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, updating records & Stationery.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

 Job requirement

  • Form 5 or above
  • Over 1 years working experience in administrative work
  • Proficient in using MS office, especially Excel and Word
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferable.
  • Hard working, responsible and willing to learn.
