Admin Clerk

CTI Global Logistics (HK) Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties including guests greeting, booking hotel, mailing and courier services, phone calls and taking messages, etc
  • To maintain office equipment in normal operation, purchase of office supplies and stationery
  • To maintain customers/agent database and perform other administrative duties as required by the team
  • Provide clerical support to the team and handle ad hoc tasks

 

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above
  • 1 year experience/fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese preferable 
  • Detail minded, faster learner, good computer skills and willing to learn
  • Highly self-motivated, multi-task oriented and can take initiative 
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
