Responsibilities:
Generate quotations and other sales documentation e.g. invoice;
Responding to customer enquiries on related administrative matters, such as delivery dates;
Sales order processing;
Maintaining the timeliness and accuracy of sales systems;
Offload Sales & Operation Team by doing administrative work as applicable;
Coordinate with Internal & External Parties for order / job arrangement;
Ad hoc projects and work assignments as determined by Sales Manager.

Requirement:
F. 6;
1 year experience /fresh graduate will also be considered;
Fluent English, both spoken and written;
Positive & can-do attitude, good customer service skills;
Detail minded, sensitive to figures;
