Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administrative works & supporting role for Audit Department
  • Arrange and co-ordinate company’s and clients’ mails
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing courier
  • Provide administrative support
  • Greeting guests and general reception duties
  • Handle incoming phone calls
  • Perform bank-in duties
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

  • Completed Secondary 5 (HKCEE) / Secondary 6 (HKDSE) or above
  • LCCI Intermediate is preferable
  • 1 to 2 years experience in audit firm is preferable
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in Chinese Windows, Word and Excel is essential
  • Pleasant disposition and a team player
