Admin Executive / Receptionist

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, handle incoming calls and perform routine reception duty. 
  • Provide support of the general office administration function including office admin work, procurement and maintenance of office equipments and supplies.
  • Ensure all office administration and procurement procedures are compiled to the company policy. 
  • Take ownership of providing, in a timely manner, responses rise by internal customers. 
  • Able to identify and evaluate alternate sources of suppliers to achieve cost savings or improve operational efficiency. 
  • Input purchase order data into SAP. 
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system. 
  • Participate in any ad-hoc assignments as requested by reporting officer.
  • Diploma or above in business studies or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years related working experiences in a multinational company is preferable. 
  • Mature, well-organized and detailed minded. 
  • Strong sense of ownership and willing to provide extra miles for the company.
  • Hands-on PC skills. 
  • Proactive, flexible and good team player. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
