Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and advise all facilities management, vendor management, insurance, office renovation, central procurement, courier services arrangement, stationery supply and fixed asset inventory control;
  • Supervise a team of staff including receptionists, office Assistant and Drivers
  • Formulate, implement and review administration policies and procedures, safety and security guidelines from time to time
  • Liaise with premises landlord and service suppliers (cleaning, phone system, courier, travel agencies, hotels, document storage etc.) for negotiation and renewal of lease and service agreements
  • Be responsible for administration budget preparation and control to ensure smooth operations in a cost effective manner;
  • Assist business in coordinating both internal and external events
  • Partner with HR on employee engagement initiatives, CSR, social committee and staff events
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by Management

 

Qualification:

 

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 10 years of experience or above in related field preferably in financial institutions of which more than 3 years at managerial level
  • Mature, independent with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Committed, multi-tasking, well-organized and flexible to work extended working hours
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) will be essential
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
