A Pharmaceutical company is invited the high calibre candidate to join the position of Admin. Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum support of receptionist, office administrative & HR administrative function
  • Stationery ordering and office maintenance coordination
  • Organize the meeting, arrange interview schedule and company recreation activities
  • Travel arrangement and reserve air tickets and hotels etc
  • Prepare expenses report and documentation
  • Review the payment and handle purchase orders by using system
  • Maintain an efficient filing and records management system
  • SAP system is an advantage

Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder with at least 3 years’ office administrative experience in sizable organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in both English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese work processing
